Checkin swig binaries for win, linux and Mac

Swig needs to be checked in because windows and linux don't come with swig by default. Mac does, but I've included Mac binaries nevertheless for
version consistency.

Not enabled, so nothing should break yet.

I haven't added to deps_os yet. I need to checkin first so that I can specify a
revision number in DEPS. Or am I getting it wrong?

I'm trying to checkin at /trunk/deps/third_party/swig and will eventually map it
to /trunk/src/third_party/swig

Well, the idea is that you're not going to be able to do deps_os if
all of your binaries are in the same directory...

Mark, separated out binaries in platform-specific dirs and wrote swig.py
wrapper.

I would think that only swig/Lib, swig/mac, swig/win, and swig/linux should be
checked in to trunk/deps.

The other files shouldn't be in deps, they should just be in trunk/src.

Then, we'd have a DEPS entry that pulls Lib in on all platforms, and mac, win,
or linux in depending on the OS.
