This hack is necessary to allow the generation of bindings code for the
CSSRegion interface. This can surely be coded a lot nicer.

If you want V8CSSRegion to be generated then CSSRegion should not be an
implemented IDL interface. Instead, move the IDL attributes to another interface
and have both Element and CSSRegion implement it.
