Why did you decide to remove |NoInterfaceObject| here? Is the GeofencingRegion
constructable, or could developers do something useful with it when it's exposed
(e.g. extend its prototype)?

I removed it because you told me to add Exposed=Window&Worker to this interface
as well (and the two attributes are mutually exclusive). But yes, I think
NoInterfaceObject would be the correct attribute, so I've changed it back.
