Remove getMediaDevices interface.

Remove getMediaDevices interface.

getMediaDevices was landed for M37 but the spec changed just at the M37 cut without a heads-up. So we are removing getMediaDevices and replacing it with MediaDevices.enumerateDevices for M38.

Generally it's easy to understand what a change does, but 'why' is often harder
to figure out :)
Can you add some background to the description so that passers by (or anyone
looking at the change log) will know why this is being done?

We want to merge this to M37.  Otherwise we'll end up with 3 variants of roughly
the same functionality in M38 and gMD's days are unfortunately numbered already
(getSources(), getMediaDevices() and MediaDevices.enumerateDevices()).  Wdyt?
