I thought conformance_mthd5_multiple_handles_with_same_value.data is for this
purpose.

You suggest we add a test that two handles of type handle<data_pipe_consumer>
have the same value, right?

Done. I added a test that two handles of type handle<message_pipe> have the same
value.
I think that serves the same purpose.
