[NaCl SDK] Don't set minimum_chrome_version for most examples.

Most examples work with Chrome stable (currently M35), so don't require
apps to use a newer version of Chrome.

No examples need a later version of Chrome, but a few use features that
just made it to stable. In this case, we allow the minimum version to be
specified in example.dsc.

I suppose it is unnecessary, but I wanted to test that this code actually works.

Also, these demos are the only ones that use anything close to M35, everything
else is much earlier. It's not hard to imagine someone running with M34, but
it's very unlikely that anyone is running something earlier than that.

Ok, maybe just update the CL description then.. since *no* example needs anymore
more recent than 35, right?
