Consider a rename to avoid "SetGet", which doesn't read well to me.

I called it SetGetEmbedderInformationCallback... following the example of
SetGetServiceAssetsCallback in service.h

I don't like RegisterGetEmbedderInformationCallback because register gives more
an idea of "more than one".

What about SetEmbedderInformationGetter ?
