Tests for "WebView: speed up user gesture notification for GestureTap"

This provides a test for a Blink fix at
https://codereview.chromium.org/288423002/

The test copies exactly the reproduction steps from http://crbug.com/372595:
1. Saves credentials for a form.
2. Reloads the form, letting the credentials be autocompleted.
3. As the very first user interaction, taps on the submit button.
4. Checks that the autofilled password was correctly submitted.

The test could not be done in Blink, because it relies on password
autocompletion.

(Blink roll with the corresponding fix) should be OK.

FYI: Update on patch set 2 and the failed Mac test

Mac failure was due to lack of touch-to-gesture event translation -- the
relevant code only lives in Aura builds. Therefore I restricted the test to
Aura, and added an explanation in a code comment.

This should not harm the reach of the test: the original feature, although
discovered on Android (which is not covered by chrome/browser tests anyway), was
a problem in Blink, which would demonstrate in any Blink-using platform, in
particular all Aura platforms.

Paweł, I'm going to CQ this again, as the current patch set (2) introduces no
more code than the approved patch set 1, and I also got a confirming opinion on
limiting the test from dubroy@ (Cc-ed).

If you have objections against the restriction to Aura, please do raise them
with me, and I'll address them on this CL (if not landed) or a follow-up.
