Removing nav where it clashes with tables, and removing some links.

I spent many cycles tweaking these RST tables to no avail.

We shouldn't assume that people will have a site running, so we should de-link these.

Some more minor bug fixing plus the short-term fix for visual clashing with the
right-hand nav.

As I mentioned in the comments, fixing the tables should work (other tables,
such as in the Dynamic Loading topic, play fine with the nav), but I was unable
to fix them in a timely way.  Will keep investigating.
