I considered Document::write() as well, but it does more which I think we don't
need, things like violation reporting which we could mute. 
Document::SetContent() does open/close and is also used by
DOMPatchSupport::PatchDocument().

Document::SetContent was introduced a long time ago, but I'm not 100% confident:
