Without this change, RenderWidgetHostViewAura doesn't get notified when the color space changes.

FYI, windows doesn't pick up color space changes yet. I have a patch to read
them at https://codereview.chromium.org/2959423003/, and I'm working on a
follow-up that hooks them up.
