Testing in progress now; should run on bot for at least 20 times and make sure
stable and fast enough before committing. (around 8 to 13 minutes on
linux_android_rel_ng and Marshmallow 64 bit Tester)

Everything passed & execution time appears to be within expected range. Should
be fine as far as capacity is concerned. lgtm

We'll have to continue to monitor the suite for flakes after this lands. I'm
also wondering how this suite crept back into the ~10 minute range -- I had it
around 5 minutes at one point a year or two ago...
