LayoutTests: Disabling tests on Mac which depend on GPU configuration.

This is a temporary measure to allow Layout Tests on Swarming to be
deployed on Mac while a solution to the problem is investigated.

This should also prevent developers from hitting this on their machine
locally.

Hello everyone,

At Dirk's suggestion I'm disabling all the tests which currently fail on the Mac
10.12 GPU=Intel bot with image differences (believed to be caused by GPU
differences).

These might need to be changed to "need rebaseline" if they it is discovered
that is the right approach.

Understanding why these tests are failing and re-enabling them should be made a
top priority. There are a large number of failures here.
