Buildbucket or CQ problem?

The build that timed-out is gray and CQ claims it didn't start yet. Though BB
api says it's scheduled:

There are enough idle slaves that could pick it, but master doesn't show it as
scheduled.

linux_optional_gpu_tests_rel still shows gray. So, from CQ PoV, this is WAI.
