Description

Make backward-forward compatible version. This version is a safe-guard against a follow up refactoring. So while it doesn't make sense on its own, this change can be deployed safely if the next version, which changes the TaskProperties schema, fails in any way. R=vadimsh@chromium.org BUG=728124
