Move TextIteratorTextNodeHandler to dedicated files

Move TextIteratorTextNodeHandler to dedicated files

This patch moves the declaration and definition of TextIteratorTextNodeHandler
to its own files, and fixes the relevant forward declaration and includes.

Follow-up patches will resolve the TODOs left in the files.
