DevTools: Make flamechart coloring depend on group by selector.

This is currently implemented for Group by Product only and hidden behind
an experiment.

Looks good modulo UX -- I think it's weird to control flamechart by a combo-box
in one of subordinate views. Let's move it to the top toolbar.
