Correct location adjustment in FrameView::ConvertSelfToChild

r471225 removed a negation in the translation of a point between frame
coordinate spaces. This CL restores the negation.

dcheng@: I ran fast layout tests on my machine and they came out clean, so my
assumption right now is that this was a typo in the original CL that only broke
my IO test, and only with --site-per-process enabled.

It seems strange that it wouldn't break any other tests, but it looks like it
only affects IntRect conversions, not IntPoint, and the latter is far more
commonly used.
