PTAL. This is a rather large amount of tests, it might be a good idea to check
what kinds of tests these are:

If there's anything we shouldn't import immediately, then we should instead come
up with some plan for making that part of wpt good enough that it's worth
running. Hopefully, you'll find them already good enough to start iterating on
by importing :)

I'd defer the decision to junov@. My thoughts:
1. I am fine with enabling these tests for broader coverage, though I am not
sure how much burden we are adding to the infra.
2. If we do enable these tests, we should clean up LayoutTests/fast/canvas/, it
gets tricky there because we have GPU test coverage for those tests.

Sorry about the delay. I was at I/O.

LGTM.
I am filing a crbug for cleaning-out duplicate tests that are not under wpt, and
for adding virtual test suites for some of these.
