cache_entry.expire_time = base::Time::Now(); does not guarantee the cache entry is expired.

Thanks for the quick fix.

This might be a place to inject a mock clock for testing, so you can control
explicitly when the system clock advances.  imcheng@ just landed a patch using
this for the DialRegistry tests.   Probably not worth rewriting this test
though.
