AnimationEffectTiming.idl and AnimationEffectTimingReadOnly.idl
now use
attribute PlaybackDirection direction;
for consistency with the spec.

lgtm as long as this works without repeating the definition of PlaybackDirection
(I'm not sure how this is done, but presumably if the tests pass without any
complaint at all then this should be fine).

I believe all the IDL files are compiled together. A type defined in one IDL
file can be used in another.
