webkitpy: Poll xvfb while checking with xdpyinfo.

webkitpy: Poll xvfb while checking with xdpyinfo.

If xvfb dies or fails to start correctly while checking xdpyinfo, we
should exit straight away rather than continuing to try and probe with
xdpyinfo and waiting to time out.
