I used this commands to find these:

$ grep -oE 'external/wpt.*' LayoutTests/W3CImportExpectations | awk '{print $1}'
| sort | uniq | cut -c 14- > ~/chromium.paths

Then I used comm to compare that with the paths actually in web-platform-tests.
