LGTM, although it looks like there are some failures in other tests that were
dragged in along with the desired changes; you may want to revert the changes to
tests outside of wpt/CSS2/abspos and rerun the try jobs; same for the
css21/floats CL.

Now, in theory, all you should have to do is edit W3CImportExpectations, and the
actual import should be handled automatically, although if you do it this way,
then that has the advantage that you can import the tests right away and check
test results yourself here.

I think most of LayoutTests/css2.1/20110323 tests are located in
csswg-test/css21/positioning. I'm importing that folder as well. Once I'm done I
will send a follow-up patch to clean up the old import.
