Is it ok that all of these have the same name?

SxS/canary, dev, and beta do not exist for Chromium. Historically, we've needed
bogus strings in the chromium .grd file for them anyway. Now, however, I think
it's possible to drop that since the constants won't be used in Chromium builds.
Let me see what I can do about this.
