Now that the RendererImpl has the new FLUSHED state, I have rebased the media
track switch CL and this CL to demonstrate the changes necessary to properly
handle track switching during Flush operation. PTAL.
PTAL. If this CL looks good to you, then I merge it into the bigger media track
switch CL.
