Fix ErrorPageTestCase to not wait for a matcher with grey_nil()

A negative matcher (WaitForWebViewNotContainingText), should be
used instead of the positive matcher with grey_nil().

I plan to remove these altogether, but this came up when trying to remove
WebViewContainsText, and I'd rather fix this in a separate CL in case there are
unexpected side-effects.
