DevTools: add tests to fixate javascript outline behavior

This patch adds tests to fixate javascript outline behavior. It tests:
- outline for different functions, including async and generators
- outline for syntax-broken javascript
- outline for classes (which doesn't work for now)
- outline for arrow functions
