[DevTools] rebased tests for V8 roll

V8 roll will update stepping between tasks behavior and makes it just better.

[DevTools] rebased tests for V8 roll

V8 roll will update stepping between tasks behavior.
Only one use case was changed: stepOut from one event listener will just make
stepOut instead of making stepNext into next event listener.
stepNext will go through all event listeners in the same way as before, so it
looks like not-a-big-regression.

We can later aligned this behavior with stepping strategy for all cases (not
only event listeners):
- blackboxed forEach framework function,
- native forEach framework function.

Yes, we have action - I'm going to upload CL which fixes this behavior in V8 in
next two days.
