Glider: PTAL. Looks like these are not needed anymore, so I'd like to remove
them. I also think it makes sense to not specify BUG=..., as this would mail
people about old bugs, let me know if you disagree.

I disagree. Bugs listed in BUG= are also updated when this CL is submitted, so
that if one ever needs to figure out whether these suppressions were removed the
information is right there.
Bet people can tolerate that.
