Reduce number of URLs in LoadingMobileStorySet

Running time of loading.mobile test on nexus5X bot is exceeding 5 hours
timeout. This patch reduces number of each {easy,tough}_{ttfmp,tti} case
from 5 to 3, total stories from 50 to 42.
