[Extensions Bindings] Remove APIBindingsSystemTestWithRealAPI

APIBindingsSystemTestWithRealAPI was a subclass of APIBindingsSystemTest
that used the real backing extension API. Now that we have the
NativeExtensionBindingsSystem and its tests, these are unnecessary and
add clutter. Remove them.
