LGTM, Thanks! But actually we should update brotli in Chromium and then move GN
config for brotli fuzz target into
https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/third_party/brotli/BUILD.gn + remove
existing fuzz target. This is the best practice we tend to follow.
