Ensure clean layout for a call site of FrameSelection::contains()

When calling FrameSelection::contains() from
SelectionController::passMousePressEventToSubframe(), the layout
can be dirty due to style changes performed in
Document::updateHoverActiveState().

Hence, this patch updates layout for this call site.
