Hi

I kept the pattern from other format that consist in abbreviating only minute
and seconds.
But I think some language have long words for days and hours so I don't  exactly
understand why we don't also handle them.
Please tell me if this must be fixed.

I think it started as supporting only minutes/seconds and hour, day were added
later and overlooked. 

Let's go with your CL for now.  You're free to add a TODO comment. Eventually
when ICU message format can support duration/relative time better, we can get
rid of all these to use that.
