Hello,

We are adding COMPONENT/TEAM information into OWNERS file. Could you please help
to confirm what is the primary component for this directory? (Some old collected
mappings suggests Blink>Webrtc, I saw we have Internals>Media in media/OWNERS.
not sure what's the proper one for this file.) Thanks!

Internals>Media is probably the best fit. Though WebRTC does contribute as well.
