Correctly log IP pooling in SpdySessionPool.

Fix SpdySessionPool::FindAvailableSession() to log the correct
NetLog event type and the correct Net.SpdySessionGet histogram
value when pooling to an existing HTTP/2 connection by IP
address every time, not only the first time.
