Makes ChildModalWindow not leak

Makes ChildModalWindow not leak

WindowModalityController uses ChildModalWindow class. ChildModalWindow
was leaking a Widget, causing problems in mash (WindowTreeClient
CHECKs there are no windows left when destroyed).
