Add tests from X11 CrOS to Ozone CrOS trybot.

Add tests from X11 CrOS to Ozone CrOS trybot.

Run the following tests on linux_chromium_chromeos_ozone_rel_ng.
- chrome_app_unittests
- compositor_unittests
- exo_unittests

These tests were already running on linux_chromium_chromeos_rel_ng but
not linux_chromium_chromeos_ozone_rel_ng.
