mus+ash: Copy parts of ScreenAsh to ScreenMus.

This copies the implementation of ScreenAsh::IsWindowUnderCursor() and
ScreenAsh::GetWindowAtScreenPoint() to ScreenMus; the rest can't be
consolidated because of usage of the display manager, which is mostly
unimplemented on mus+ash.
