Reduce number of VR test APKs

Reduce number of VR test APKs

Removes some older versions of the test APKs, but adds a hash history file
in case any need to be manually downloaded.

With the addition of the VR Services version checker, we should only need
to run automated tests with the current release version (for functionality
testing) and with a version that is considered outdated (to test that
the prompt is displayed and VR functionality is disabled).

Since don't really interact with Daydream Home (at least currently), we can
just keep the most recent version around for testing.
