lgtm MacViews is still using RenderViewContextMenuMac for now (in fact
mac_views_browser uses that too --  RenderViewContextMenuViews is aura-only).
Accelerators on Mac have an interesting story due to how they interact with the
menubar (ui/base/cocoa/command_dispatcher.h is where the magic starts)
