A revert of this CL (patchset #1 id:1) has been created in
https://codereview.chromium.org/2718553002/ by kozyatinskiy@chromium.org.

The reason for reverting is: V8 part was reverted because of timeout of one of
the test. Let's revert it and do it in proper way..
