Note, looking at the try job, runs, it looks like the test
external/wpt/subresource-integrity/subresource-integrity.sub.html passes and so
it doesn't need any -expected.txt file, and that this is the only new test
that's added in subresource-integrity; is that right?

LGTM, as long as we're pulling in all the ancillary resources in
https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/tree/master/subresource-integrity. The
goal of enabling this directory was to let us start moving our layout tests up
to the shared repository, so I'm thrilled if we can make that happen. :)

Yep, all the resources are there
(https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/third_party/WebKit/La...)
and new additions to that directory should now be synced between WPT and
Chromium :-)
