Add Subzero as a third_party dependency

As discussed, Subzero is added as a third_party dependency in Chromium.
Subzero's revision is defined in SwiftShader's DEPS file and it will
be pulled in 'third_party/swiftshader/third_party/pnacl-subzero'.
