Remove uses of GoogleUpdateSettings::GetChromeChannel in Chrome.

Remove uses of GoogleUpdateSettings::GetChromeChannel in Chrome.

- MainDllLoader::Launch doesn't need to know the channel.
- chrome::GetChannel and GetChannelString now use InstallDetails.
