follow up question, this isn't a problem on bots because all the bots comes with
jinja2?

Maybe adding src/third_party/jinja2 to this file
(https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/build/android/pylib/__init__.py) would
work too?

The problem was that I was able to commit the CL to add this
test_results_presentation.py script and I did not hit any presubmit errors. This
is I think
because locally I have jinja2 installed. For people without jinja2 installed,
they hit the pylint import-error. This is fine since we add the path to the
Chromium
version of jinja2 before importing. Just have to add this pylint ignore I think.
