Update a few pointerevent test and the automations

Update a few pointerevent automation instructions
to use the latest common synthetic pointer action
functions. Also update the corresponding tests to
support multiple pointer types.

I actually removed all these skips. I haven't added anything new. Only one of
them included touch which I added back as a Mac only skip.

Re skipping the Mac tests, I will mentioned my concern on crbug.com/613672.
