Rename showVirtualKeyboard() to showVirtualKeyboardOnElementFocus().

Rename showVirtualKeyboard() to showVirtualKeyboardOnElementFocus().

The rename is needed to avoid conflicts with
RenderWidget::ShowVirtualKeyboard after the Great Blink Rename.
