Description

Updating memory.top_10_mobile benchmark to stop ignoring max, std, and count. We are going to be using these metrics for the system health dashboard. BUG=catapult:#3141 CQ_INCLUDE_TRYBOTS=master.tryserver.chromium.perf:linux_perf_cq;master.tryserver.chromium.perf:mac_retina_perf_cq;master.tryserver.chromium.perf:winx64_10_perf_cq
